ONLINE SALES REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is the utmost priority to us hence we will handle your online sales with extra care. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as the goods you order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, kindly provides the following evidences and report to us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from parcel received:
- Invoice No.
- Shipping AWB No.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item.
- Return the damaged or faulty item in Original Packaging.
Returned item without notification will not be accepted. You are required to return the item via shipping only. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging.
Goods sold are not refundable.
Upon confirmation of acceptance of exchange, please allow fourteen (14) days to arrange for delivery of goods. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service for more clarification.
